Hi,
The pace of girls college hockey recruiting has accelerated so dramatically recently and it will continue to do so. This means that girls need to understand what is happening and be prepared earlier than ever for the opportunities and the pitfalls of the recruiting process. It can be daunting!
I am the former associate head coach of Yale University and Quinnipiac University and now I work as an educational consultant specializing in student-athletes. (See attached flyer) I will be attending the Silver Sticks Tournament in Westminster, Colorado and would like to offer your team and your parent group a free seminar about the process. The Silver Sticks Tournament and CAHA have made special arrangements for me to attend this tournament. I will be speaking on Thursday evening at 7:35 pm and Friday at 12:30 PM, 2PM and 3:30PM There will be a room right at the rink set aside for these discussions---please ask when you register for the exact location. This is an interactive talk and will provide players with successful strategies and suggestions about how to position themselves for the future. Parents, players and coaches are encouraged to attend and ask questions. I will give them straight answers.
From an educational standpoint alone this will help anyone who attends, from a recruiting perspective and to understand the advantages that some student-athletes enjoy, there will be essential information discussed.
The typical seminar and discussion lasts about an hour. In order to better organize these seminars, it would be very helpful if you can confirm which session your team will be attending. Please send me an email as soon as possible to let me know. Thanks!
Best,
Harry Rosenholtz

Hockey season is here once again and kids throughout the state of Colorado are gearing up for more fun and excitement on the ice. The Denver North Hockey League (DNHL) is approaching it's fifteenth year of existence and has been providing just that for hundreds of young hockey enthusiasts in northern Colorado.
The DNHL Arvada Squirt 1 Gold came out firing and used a three goal first period to help catapult themselves to a 6-0 win over the Lady RoughRiders U10 team on October 18th at The Apex Center Ice Arena in Denver.
Hyland Hills Pee Wee Orange used a five goal second period and eight different goal scorers to prevail 9-1 over the Arvada Pee Wee 2 Black on October 18th at Apex.
